      Appearance of the machine:

      

    Main advantages:
    (1) Small and light heating head:  There is only oscillating capacitors inside the heating head, so the heating head is small size and light weight, very suitable for picking up by multi-joint robots.
    (2) Cable length of heating head can be 2 to 5 meter long; 
    (3) High heating efficiency:  High heating efficiency is gotten by Parallel oscillating structure to output, energy consumption d by high frequency generator and cable can be reduced to minimum.
    (4) Power setting technology by pulse control is used in this machine to raise the controllability and repeatability in some heating applications. 


    Machine Structure and Working Theory
    Combination of series and parallel oscillating technology is used in SPGP500K-05B machine as shown in below sketch: 

    Inside These series machines, IGBT module and our third generation inverting control technology has been used, that is the soft and dual control and inverting technology. In this technology, output power and frequency can be controlled and adjusted separately, IGBT module and soft switching control technology are used in the high frequency switching circuit to control the output power.  In the inverting circuit, the IGBT and frequency tracing circuit is applied to achieve high speed and accurate soft switching control. 
    Output circuit is a parallel oscillating capacitor and induction coil.
    The main circuit will produce a 5KW maximum output power.
    Heating power setting is realized to set and control the pulse width of a 40HZ pulse circuit d by a single-chip computer.
